Howto Use your IPhone as Modem
I don’t know but apple forgot that i want to use my GPRS / Edge Connection sometime as a Modem ..
So made a Ad Hoc connection from your Computer to the IPhone and open a SSH connection with root, enable your Socks ports in your browser and share it. :-)
ssh -ND 9999 root@AktuelleIPAdresseDesiPhones
